I am in the process of losing a significant amount of weight. I had concerns about resulting loose skin. The recommendation I have taken is to do dry brushing daily and I am using Bio Oil. It makes my skin feel really great and absorbs quickly so no icky mess

I get that acceptance is key, however, for my health more than looks, I am working on losing weight and increasing my exercise. So far have lost 40 pounds and feeling great! One thing I am doing to motivate myself and to really see the results is having fine art nude photos about every 2 months to document my progress. They have made me feel beautiful from the start which has prompted lots of attitude changes in other areas as well.

What are other folks doing to get and stay healthy?

I am fairly new so just wanted to introduce myself. We have been in Florida 24 years now. While our wedding was traditional we honeymooned at Cypress Cove! We are in the Sarasota area and don't get to clubs too often. But hoping to do so more often.

We often are nude at home but not full time. We both are coming and going out too much for that. However, yesterday was a lovely clothing free day. Got a lot done around the house because I just didn't want to put clothes on to go out. Now it's Monday and I hate the thought of putting clothes on again!

I work in the textile world so for me a "naked day" feels like a day off. So even if I am working from home on the computer, if I do so nude I feel like I have a day off.

Plus, I love the accepting atmosphere at a nudist resort. In fact once, I was about 1.5 hrs from home for a 2 day training. At the end of day 1 there was torrential rain and horrible traffic so I decided to stay in town vs going home. The hotels near the event venue were frankly scary looking. So I went a few miles away to a nudist resort and felt much more comfortable and found interesting people to talk to and had a lovely evening.

In the last year we put up a fence so we could have the privacy to be nude in the back yard then , one day while I was enjoying the sun in the back yard I realized that the focus of my gaze while day dreaming was on the 3rd floor windows of the condo across the street. Hmmmmm. Need to put in some bushes or bamboo that grow tall I guess

Put up a lovely fence for privacy on a very busy corner and then realized there is a multilevel condo across the street. So need to grow something quick! But do go out there nude some anyway. No complaints so far.
