 With the polls showing a dead-even presidential race and about 50 days to go, I'm worried that Obama may be in danger of losing the election.

I think there are a number of reasons for this: (1) McCain has fully embraced the character assassination tactics of Karl Rove, (2) McCain has poached white women voters with his selection of Michael (sorry, Sarah) Palin as his VP, and (3) the Obama campaign has been forced to not talk about the issues, especially the economy.

Does anyone else feel this way? If so, why?
it is worrying, but i hope Obama kicks ass...
