|Diced onion, 3 cloves of garlic (crushed),16 oz dried peas ( rinsed & picked through)8 cups of Veg or Chicken broth. Ham bone, Carrots|
Add all ingredients crock pot on high for 6 -7 hours. You can add celery too I never do.I also add some organic No salt seasoning to tast. It comes out great every time.
