 I hope no charges ever get pressed against these people. Their only mistake was in thinking two boys this age would react any other way than to be "uncomfortable". It looks to me like the mother and step-father got together after the boys were older and decided to give nudism a try. If they had started when these boys were younger it might be a different case. Still, no laws were broken. These parents have the right to live their lives nude, even in front of their children.

I tped the site into my browser and was able to get to AZ (Arizona news) but it state the post I was seeking could not be found.
