YOU can?t wear skimpy Speedo trunks at Alton Towers but you?re welcome to swim in the nude.
The theme park that banned the swimwear as ?too revealing? last month is to host a naturist weekend at its Splash Landings hotel.
Around 400 guests, including many families, will be treated to a naked disco, treasure hunt and bingo, as well as being allowed to frolic in the buff in the Jacuzzi, tropical pool and water slides.
The nudist weekend on November 13 is being organised by British Naturism.
Rachael Lockitt, of Alton Towers, said: ?The Speedos ban was brought in because we didn?t want to cause any discomfort to children and female bathers.
?The naturist weekend will be a private affair. Everyone will know what to expect.?
A spokesman for Speedo said: ?We would advise that even naturists should still wear a pair of Speedos for their protection ? Speedo goggles that is.?
